Since 6:30am this morning, Kevin has been sitting up in a chair. He has already taken 2 walks and each time he adds a few more steps. He is in good spirits and is doing his very best to follow the orders. Later this afternoon, they are hoping to move him out of ICU to CCU.
Kate has her first doctor's appointment this afternoon at 2:00pm. We are all hoping to take a siesta at some point today and look forward to the continued improvement with each hour that goes by.
